For our fifth wedding anniversary, William decided to take me on the honeymoon we never got to have. After hearing of our plans, my dad pitched in and gifted us some money to help out. We drove to Washington, D.C.; then to New York City; and finally to the cliche honeymoon spot of Niagara Falls. We had a great time and got to see a lot of things, though not everything we had wished to see. And, of course, we forgot the camera one day, so we didn't get all the pictures we wanted. The following are the best of the pictures we did take.

The Capitol building. The ceiling of the Rotunda inside the Capitol building. View of the Washington Monument from the Capitol. Our whirlpool bathtub. William and me before we went to see Yo-Yo Ma at carnegie Hall. The Statue of Liberty. The original torch. Empire State Building from harbor. Cool huge clock, seen from harbor. New York City skyline from harbor. The Chrysler building from harbor. William's main attraction. Intrepid cockpit. William with a *very* big gun. On the Intrepid flight deck. Times Square. The city of New York made completely out of chocolate, displayed at Bloomingdale's. I rode the subway. It wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. William liked the picture above my head. Things that only interest me - the Museum of American Financial History. More Financial History. The Whirlpool. The American Falls. William and me in front of the American Falls. View of the American Falls from the Canadian side. William and me in front of the American Falls from the Canadian side. The Horseshoe (or Canadian) Falls. The Horseshoe Falls up close. William and me in front of the Horseshoe Falls from the American side. View of the Horseshoe Falls from the Skylon Tower. Me with the first barrel to go over the falls; it's passenger was a female school teacher who wanted fame and fortune. View of the Niagara River from 3 Sister Island. William and me on 3 Sister Island. Skylon Tower where we had dinner in a revolving restaurant above the falls.
